The best Spanish and Catalonian dishes are created with much love and skill by our award winning chef-proprietor, Carlos.
Carlos, originally from Barcelona and his wife Lourdes, who looks after front of house, arrived in Sandhurst in 2024
after working in France and Scotland amongst other locations.
‘Sentido’ is a tricky word to translate directly because it has so many nuances—it can mean sense, feeling, meaning, or even direction.
Carlos and Lourdes create a cuisine for the senses through heartfelt flavours and an ambience where every moment makes sense.
